Both. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. For large orders or time-sensitive jobs, we recommend calling or submitting your files online ahead of time so we can confirm turnaround and have everything ready for you.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept print-ready PDFs (preferred), and high-resolution JPG or PNG files. If you're not sure whether your file is print-ready, send it over and we'll review it at no charge.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team can build layouts from scratch, refine your existing artwork, or convert low-resolution files into print-ready formats. Design fees vary by project — ask when you request a quote.
